Are they successful in delivering the real Trieste to us? We shall know in a while.. So, I was warmly invited by Junaid Kazi of Media Inbound Pr and despite my tiring and exhausting weekends, happily accepted as I am insanely hunting Italian cuisine in Islamabad to satify my taste buds. Taking you back to my history, Im from Lahore and trust me when I say, eatery is a huge competition over there. So migrating to Islamabad with a taste of blood in my mouth, it was very difficult to gratify my quench of good food.

Coming to Trieste,The restaurant is located in a prominent area of Business Bay Avenue, DHA,Bahria Town ..You may find some beauty and clothing brands outlet around the place that makes it a combination of shopping and helping you starve so you may enjoy the meal to its fullest.

Initial contact upon entrance is warm and friendly, staff welcomed us with a radiant smile. Passing by a cozy cafe downstairs , we were welcomed by the host. The view from the restaurant is mesmerizing and the esquisito mobilia gives a classic experience of Italy. Guests (yes, m not saying client/customer , they spoil you this much) may choose to cuddle up in a comfy sofa or have a fine dining experience in the elegant seating.

Trieste offers a variety of Entrees and Mains in their menu. A little bit of everything gives you a choice according to your mood. My eyes were gazing at the Chicken entrees when our host suggested Polo Trieste as their best. So eventually after drooling over the whole menu I decided to make a decision.

While waitng for our meals, we were served with a winsome mint margarita that refreshed us and made us ready to do justice with our food.

Our apettizer was Italian Beef Salad and it was a show stealer for most of us. The salad was fresh and well seasoned. I loved the hearty amount of beef julienne. It was well cooked yet soft and juicy keeping its firmness intact.

The main courses arrived and it was a rich and hearty meal more than sufficient for a person. The creamy sauce was well balanced, Chicken had a good amount of spinach filling. The food came out warm.

I found the veggies and mashed potatoes to be a bit bland for my taste, however it can be fixed according to your choice with tobasco /mustard sauce. My fellow bloggers had Mexican Steak, Fettuccine Alfredo ,cashew chicken and were highly impressed by its taste and quantity.

I was slightly pulled of with the variety of desserts as we didnt have much option to chose from. After mutual understanding , decision came down to Trieste Special Skillet Brownie. I was unsure of our choice until the smoky sizzling skillet with bubbling chocolate came our way with a gooey mouthwatering brownie topped with vanilla icecream. It was a heaven for the sweet tooth like me and while digging into it , you forget the world exists.

We also exchanged some kind words with the owner, a charming man, who never fails to impress his guests. After having a great time with the fellow bloggers, we said our goodbyes and were escorted with much respect from our dearest, the Junaid Kazi :)

This restaurant has become my absolute favorite in just one dining experience. Trieste nails the term Italian cuisine, from mouthwatering appetizers to sizzling skillet desserts, guys you are in for a treat! Welcomed by refreshing smiles and cozy ambiance I couldn't help myself but give it a 10/10. Here are my ratings for the categories

Well yes I havent shared any pictures of the restaurant. I guess the delicious menu pictures are enough to revitalize your taste buds.
